Copy Trading Platform Terms of Service

Important Risk Notice

Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You could lose all of your investment.

1. Platform Overview

Govand Fx is a copy trading platform that allows you to automatically copy trades from professional traders in the forex market.

Our platform aims to help you achieve better profits with reduced losses through professional trading strategies, but we cannot guarantee profits or prevent losses.

2. Risk Disclosure

  • Forex trading involves high risk and significant losses can occur, including the total loss of your investment.
  • Copy trading does not guarantee profits and past performance does not indicate future results.
  • The monthly risk is approximately 2% of your account balance, but losses can exceed this amount.
  • Your account may be reduced to zero or "blown" and we bear no responsibility for such losses.

3. Account Types & Requirements

Standard Account

  • Minimum Deposit: $500
  • Daily Target: Variable profit based on market conditions
  • Profit Sharing: 25% 25% of your profit will be our fee
  • Risk Level: Moderate

Steady Profit Account

  • Minimum Deposit: $1,000
  • Daily Target: 1.5% per day
  • Profit Sharing: 10% 10% of your profit will be our fee
  • Monthly Potential: 30-45% (if daily targets are consistently met)
  • Risk Level: 2% of account monthly

Profit Sharing

This fee is only deducted from positive profits, never from your initial capital.

Standard Account

25%

25% of your profit will be our fee

Steady Profit Account

10%

10% of your profit will be our fee

4. How Copy Trading Works

    Deposit Funds: Make your initial deposit (minimum $500 for standard, $1000 for steady profit account).

    Choose Copy Ratio: Select your copy ratio (X1, X2, or custom percentage) to determine how much of each trade you want to copy.

    Automatic Copying: Our system automatically copies trades from professional traders to your MetaTrader account.

    Monitor Results: View your daily profits and losses in your dashboard. Profits are added to your total when achieved.

What We Do NOT Guarantee:

  • Profits or positive returns on your investment
  • Protection against losses or account depletion

  • Only invest money you can afford to lose completely
  • Regularly monitor your account and trading performance
  • Follow all platform guidelines and trading rules
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
